Waqf for the Ummah
Nur Clock is a modern smart Athan clock with Quran playback, Azkar, prayer times, and Hijri calendar features designed for Muslim homes.
Your Daily Athan, Simplified.
A clean, user-friendly design that helps you focus on prayer instead of settings.

Sunrise & Sunset
Alongside the prayer times, the app also displays today's sunrise and sunset times. These are helpful for users observing fasts or setting routines.
Digital Clock
At the heart of the interface is a large, clear digital clock, showing the current time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format — customizable from settings.
Gregorian & Hijri Date
NurClock beautifully displays both the Gregorian (solar) and Hijri (lunar) dates side by side, helping users stay connected to both the modern calendar and the Islamic tradition.
Timer to Next Prayer
A countdown timer keeps you informed of how many minutes remain until the next prayer begins. This promotes timely preparation for worship.
Settings Button
Access customization options quickly with the “Settings” button. You can configure Athan settings, Wi-Fi, themes, language preferences, and more.
Listen Button
Tap the “Listen” button to access NurClock’s built-in audio features, including Quran recitations, Azkar, and Scheduling. Ideal for spiritual reflection throughout the day.
Athan Enabled/Disabled
A small speaker icon next to each prayer time indicates whether the Athan is enabled. Users can toggle this to hear the call automatically at the respective prayer time from settings.
Current Prayer
The currently active prayer time is highlighted to help users quickly identify which prayer period they are in. This ensures better focus on timely worship.
Current Location
Your current city and country are shown under the clock to confirm that prayer times are calculated based on your precise location.
Always On Time for Prayer
Nur Clock uses globally recognized Athan calculation methods such as Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, ISNA, and others. Offers customizable angles, madhab selection for Asr, and high latitude adjustments. You can also fine-tune each prayer time with minute offsets to match your local mosque schedule.

Expand the Sound of Nur Clock
Connect Nur Clock to an external speaker for stronger sound in larger homes.
Use Bluetooth or the audio jack to play the Athan, Quran, and Azkar through your preferred speaker. Ideal for larger homes or when you want the sound to reach more rooms.
Note: External speaker not included. USB port can power some compatible speakers, but for best results use a Bluetooth speaker or a speaker with its own power supply.

“Nur” (نُورٌ) means light in Arabic.
A symbol of guidance, faith, and spiritual clarity in Islam. As mentioned in a narration from Sahih Muslim, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ described prayer as light, patience as illumination, and the Quran as guidance for humanity.
