Waqf for the Ummah

“Nur” (نُورٌ) means light in Arabic — a symbol of guidance in Islam. Abu Malik al-Ashari reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

Purity is half of the faith. The praise of Allah fills the Scale, as the glorification and praise of Allah fill everything between the heavens and the earth. Prayer is a light, charity is a proof, and patience is luminous. The Quran is a decisive proof for you or against you. All people begin the day by trading for their soul, either setting it free or ensuring its ruin.

Your Daily Athan, Simplified.

A clean, user-friendly design that helps you focus on prayer instead of settings.

Gregorian & Hijri Date NurClock beautifully displays both the Gregorian (solar) and Hijri (lunar) dates side by side, helping users stay connected to both the modern calendar and the Islamic tradition. Sunrise & Sunset
Alongside the prayer times, the app also displays today's sunrise and sunset times. These are helpful for users observing fasts or setting routines. Timer to Next Prayer A countdown timer keeps you informed of how many minutes remain until the next prayer begins. This promotes timely preparation for worship. Settings Button Access customization options quickly with the “Settings” button. You can configure Athan settings, Wi-Fi, themes, language preferences, and more. Listen Button Digital Clock At the heart of the interface is a large, clear digital clock, showing the current time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format — customizable from settings. Tap the “Listen” button to access NurClock’s built-in audio features, including Quran recitations, Azkar, and Scheduling. Ideal for spiritual reflection throughout the day. Athan Enabled A small speaker icon next to each prayer time indicates whether the Athan is enabled. Users can toggle this to hear the call automatically at the respective prayer time from settings. Current Prayer The currently active prayer time is highlighted to help users quickly identify which prayer period they are in. This ensures better focus on timely worship. Current Location
Your current city and country are shown under the clock to confirm that prayer times are calculated based on your precise location.

A soft light in your space that feels natural, thoughtful, and gently aligned with your rhythm!
