15 days to change your mind
You can return your Nur Clock within 15 days of delivery for any reason. This includes your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days.
How to return it
- Email support@nurclock.com with your order number, within 15 days of delivery. We’ll reply with the return address and details.
- Pack the clock with everything it came with: the power adapter, the UK, EU and US plugs and the user manual. Use the original box if you can.
- Send it back to us. Please use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
Return postage
You pay the cost of sending the clock back. If your Nur Clock arrived damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return and send you a replacement or a full refund.
Your refund
Once the clock is back with us and complete, we refund the price you paid to the card or wallet you paid with, within 14 days. If the clock has been damaged by more handling than needed to try it out, we may take an amount off to cover that.
Warranty
Every Nur Clock comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults, from the date of delivery. If something goes wrong, email support@nurclock.com with your order number and a photo or short video, and we’ll repair or replace it. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
